by now the registration is closed as the number of already registered participants has reached the limit of available rooms in Mercure Arc 1800 hotel.
For the pre-registered participants who could not book a room in Mercure Arc 1800 hotel and who still would like to participate in the Workshop it is possible to book room/meals in the neighbouring hotels/residences on a private basis, or to share rooms with already registered participants.
